The stylist had cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to be. He didn’t speak much English but we were able to work it out little by little with Google translate and some pictures. I think the pricing is great as well for head spa and a cut (8800 yen).  The atmosphere was nice and clean, you also get a private booth for your hair to be cut and styled in. If I ever come back to Japan and need a cut again, I know where I’ll be going.
